What’s your story? How or why did you become a trainer/ coach?
I started out working with athletes in the AT room and was inspired by their drive to get back on the field or court. I realized I was a big part in their ability to achieve that goal. I also as a soccer player had a love for strength training so with the combination of rehabilitation and strength training any one can achieve their goals.
What’s your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part about my job is seeing the client’s reaction to reaching a goal whether it’s small or big and watching them pushed harder because they realized this is possible.
What is your ideal client like?
Excited and open to possibilities
What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
I like working with athletes, post-injury clients, weight loss, and general strength goals.

If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be?
In Australia hanging out with the kangaroos and koalas.
What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?
Hiking with my boyfriend and taking our dog on a walk/run.
What are you most proud of accomplishing?
I was a Division 1 Soccer Player and played overseas in Italy and England
