I get the challenges of being a busy parent trying to prioritize fitness! I live with my two crazy kiddos in Mooresville – Griffin, 9, and Holly, 5. There is lots of laughter in our home – lots of dancing, singing, basketball in the driveway, and hula-hooping!
My father instilled in me the value of being active at a young age. He’s extremely fit at his age and works out daily and inspires me. He would take me to the club with him and show me how to work out at the gym. I ran track and cross country in high school, and as an adult, I have always lived an active lifestyle. Exercise is the best form of medicine for myself – it helps clear “the bugs out of my head” and makes me feel mentally and physically stronger. I love the feel of a good workout and how my body responds to it after.
I wanted to become a trainer to share my love of fitness with clients. I want to help you feel confident about yourself and supported in your goals. I’ll help to educate you on all the different fun modalities you can use to train with that you might not otherwise have known about. I’ll challenge you each time we meet with appropriate exercises based on your abilities.
